Wayne Hulet

Wayne Hulet is a REALTOR^® and a valuable member of Almost Home Realty.  He specializes in residential real estate in north and east Charlotte metro areas.  He has access to all properties for sale in MLS for Mecklenburg and all adjacent counties in North Carolina.

He is a member of the Charlotte Regional Realtors Association, NC Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors.

Wayne is a native of the Pacific Northwest.  He grew up in Seaside, OR and Colville, WA.  After graduating from DeVry University in 1992, he joined the US Army.  He was stationed at Fort Bragg, “Home of the Airborne” until 1996.  After his service, Wayne pursued a career in banking with a Global 500 company. For the past 11 years, he has worked in Mortgage Lending.  His areas of experience include Mortgage Services (Flood, Appraisal, Title, and Credit), Documents, and Operations and Finance.  He lives in Charlotte’s University Area.  Wayne’s hobbies are Do-It-Yourself renovations, traveling, outdoors, sports, music concerts and theater.

Jeffrey S. Londre

Jeff Londre is a licensed Realtor/Broker serving the greater Charlotte metro area of both North and South Carolina.  He is a member of the Charlotte Regional Realtors Association, NC Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors. 

Before joining Almost Home Realty, he sold residential real estate for a national company before becoming a “Buyers Agent” primarily in the new home market.  Along with developing these skills he began investing in real estate and helping other investors.  He also worked in the banking industry and with a prominent builder before turning to his passion for real estate in 2001.  He has earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree with a double major in Business Administration and Accounting from Queens University in 1994. 

Jeff has lived in Charlotte since 1989 and loves the area, people and lifestyle.  He is fortunate to have 17 relatives that have moved here.  He believes Charlotte is a great place to raise a family in your primary residence, yet offers some of the best investment opportunities in the country.

Zubin Clemente

Zubin Clemente is a REALTOR^® and owner of Almost Home Realty.  He is a real estate investor and specializes in foreclosure properties, as well as buyer and seller agency.  He is a member of the Charlotte Regional Realtors Association, NC Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors.  He has access to the MLS for Mecklenburg and all adjacent counties in North Carolina.

Zubin has earned the ABR^® designation.  The Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR^®) designation is the benchmark of excellence in buyer representation.  This coveted designation is awarded to real estate practitioners by the Real Estate BUYER'S AGENT Council (REBAC) of the National Association of Realtors^® who meet the specified educational and practical experience criteria.

Prior to real estate, Zubin was a manager for a Fortune 500 Company, an executive recruiter for the world's largest executive search firm, and a United States Naval Officer.  He is a graduate of the United States Naval Academy (Annapolis).
